Log over due DevLog

A few weeks ago I made a big update tat is reflected in the current game, but I didn't do a dev log. I don't like doing dev logs and I have been procrastinating it, but I have decided to just bite the bullet and do it.
I've added/fixed these things in the current build:
- I added a treasure loot system
- I added a cool animation for that system
- I reconfigured the way that scripts communicate
- I dropped the skill tree thing
- I created a boss spawner, though it needs some adjustments
- I added a bunch of audio for panels and such
- I fixed the rockets finally
- I fixed a few powerups that weren't working properly
- There was a bug that was fixed with the menu
- I had to completely redo the leveling up system
- I fixed a stack overflow exception caused by the level up buttons
- I fixed a cursor bug
- I fixed visuals for the treasure panel
- I fixed a bug with one of the enemies
- I fixed a pausing problem
